I cant find multiple or duplicate songs in SD card ? it is also one of your question or a clarification , windows phone stores duplicate files in the downloaded software's, system memory and some times some files were broken which you may not find , when you download song from the browser its stores the duplicate track files in that software's , sometimes you can find it in your PC but need to unhidden it and in the windows app for desktop .

2- NEVER COPY SONGS DIRECTLY ,yes your PC may not recognize whether songs pirated or not but , windows phone 100% sure , when you copying sometimes you can observe ANALYZING FILES , so sync the files through the windows phone desktop software (DOWNLOAD HERE), when you syncing, it shows some duplicate files which can't be copied , so always sync songs and videos through the software and i found some videos basically in VLC media which couldn't copy through software , try to convert those videos .
3- SOFTWARE'S - In windows some software's specially Radio , recording , you tube downloaded related software with an option of export or saving tracks of recorded to your SD card also results to birth of unnecessary and duplicate track files in your windows phone , avoid those software's they also main reasons for these duplicate tracks .
4- UNNECESSARY FILES - When you found this problem, immediately delete files , by connecting to windows phone to PC , only few files which are hidden or in between the music folders and videos , you can recognize it easily , don’t copy the same songs to PC and formatting SD Card uploading again its totally risky issue so don't format memory card in system .
