APPLY ONLINE LEARNING LICENSE IN INDIA

 Time now changed to get your learning license , you can apply through online application latter you can fix a appointment at nearest your RTO office , but unfortunately due to some technical glitches in online websites disappointing us through this brokers and middle man were taking advantages and earning money , but here the question how middle man CAN but why we CAN'T ?

         I tried more than thousands of time to apply online from two govt sites first from KAR site http://rto.kar.nic.in/guide.html and another all India site https://sarathi.nic.in:8443/…dfforms/NewLicence.pdf 
this 2 sites designed by govt only but govt fail resolve the glitches in this sites, so i find an way to fill the application through the broker , The broker filled in a few minutes finally i taken it has a big challenge and to forward my knowledge through this blog , let find solution to apply online Learning LICENSE (LL) without wasting a time .

NO DATES AVAILABLE IN KAR SITE

   My advise  you not to opt this site at any cost http://rto.kar.nic.in/guide.html because it never provides you appointment date. even if you tried lifetime also , certified by our BLOG , we also take this issue to senior transport officials and they don't have patience and time to check and resolve simple issue , with pressure they advise to get appointment through  all India transport ministry  portal SARATHI site .

  Sarathi site also site of thousands bugs and your system needs lot of plug-ins and PDF versions but don't care for unnecessary things , enter the site CLICK HERE and select an option Issue of a Learning License to me ,  new tab opens in PDF format , i suggest you to use INTERNET EXPLORE above 7.0 version and adobe reader is must .

SARATHI SITE 

PART A


    Fill the necessary fields only don't fill all the fields click an option LL or DL and fill your details in PART A , your adobe reader may ask to install certificate just clicking and sometimes you may fail to select RTO  , for those please Download application from below links and you can leave blank some fields such as Address 2 , middle name , E-mail etc .


In PART B Tick any 1 which you needed , the PDF couldn't take more options at a single Document , even you mark .


In Part C also you can leave Blank , even though you can  enter some details of your available DOCS in my view leave blank .


Part D is a important section Tick everything NO,  there is lot of glitches in this section otherwise it displays series of errors .

Final part is left to the age group  between 16-18 so leave it and click submit , atlast check once more your NAME and ADDRESS ,Finally click save , submit and get Print. and site displays blue colored message which in below Snap and take out the print , attach Age proof ,address proof copy and paste photo in first page right side of E-mail address and sign .

2.  Pay 30Rs of fees .

5. Attend the Test .
6. Get the LL Later day,after 3P.M
